Family Law focused on complex asset division

The Paralegal works with and at the direction of the Attorney to ensure responsible and timely delivery of legal services.


  • Prepare all court documents and pleadings
  • Organize client information for court appearances, including interview of witnesses
  • Draft discovery requests, objections and responses
  • Assist Attorney in court on an as-needed basis
  • Ensure all aspects of scheduling and calendaring are fulfilled
  • Serve as liaison between attorney and client
  • Other tasks as needed



  •  Associates degree, or equivalent paralegal experience
  • Experience with Family Law cases strongly preferred
  • Paralegal certification preferred and at least two years of experience working as a paralegal
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook Amicus experience a plus
  • Knowledge of general office skills, such as word processing, file maintenance, data entry, and business writing
  • Good grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated creativity and flexibility in problem solving
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Ability to work with confidential client information
